The Action Plan Package includes;
o   A 45 minute meeting/consultation to explain the Statutory Timescales, what the process involves & overview of the contents of the EHCP
o   An EHCP fact sheet
o   A copy of the action plan with your personal statutory timescales & dates included and suggested timings of support meetings to complete tasks - these additional meetings are charged at the standard meeting rate. 
o   Email reminders for your key statutory dates. 
o   2 Letters – one to the LA outlining your expectations in line with statutory duties & one to the Educational Psychologist outlining your expectations of their assessment in line with statutory duties.
