With an extensive background in special education and over 12 years as a headteacher, I’ve spent my career helping children feel understood, supported, and able to learn in ways that suit them best. As a Mum of three neurodivergent, now adult, children, I understand the real‑life challenges families face — from navigating assessments to celebrating every small win. My lived experience, combined with deep professional insight, now shapes my work with SEND Support Services.

I bring extensive knowledge of the SEND legal system, helping parents feel informed, confident, and empowered when dealing with schools, local authorities, and support services. I offer calm guidance, practical advice, and genuine understanding. Now enjoying early retirement, I continue to enjoy supporting parents, making sure their children’s needs are recognised, respected, and properly supported.
