Service Description
This service is for an Annual Review meeting where our consultant will support you via video conferencing. When you request to book this service SEND Support Services will notify you via email if we have availability for the request and invoice you accordingly. The package includes: + A voucher code to book a 90 min preparation meeting with SEND Support Services. This should be booked within 2 weeks of the annual review meeting, to ensure you have the required paperwork. + Following the preparation meeting SEND Support Services will produce an Annual Review document for use in the meeting and which can be sent to the LA following the meeting. This will be sent to you in draft before the meeting and can be amended following the meeting at the debrief meeting should it be required. This document can also be used to inform a tribunal application if requested amendments are not agree to by the LA on finalisation of the EHCP. This would reduce the cost of the Tribunal application. This document will include: - An outline of the relevant law. - Timeline of the Statutory Deadlines - your dates inserted - Review of progress - Review of the Outcomes - Section by section amendment requested - Main points of discussion +SEND Support Services attending the Annual Review meeting up to 90 minutes . If the meeting runs over 90mins and the consultant has availability to extend the time, we will invoice for this time at the external agency meeting rate. This rate is £94 per hour. We will attend the meeting via Video Conferencing. +A voucher code to book a 20 minute debrief meeting with your consultant to discuss next steps. Meeting Recordings To enable us to offer AI meeting summaries, improve our record keeping and for training and quality assurance we record all meetings. If you would like to opt out please let us know at the beginning of the meeting. Disclaimer - The meeting summaries will be generated by AI through Zoom and will not be proofread by SEND Support Services so may not be 100% accurate, if you are unsure about the content in relation to the advice you have been given during your meeting please let us know. We advise that you do not rely on these summaries over the advice you have been provided during the meeting. Please be aware all our prices are subject to VAT at the checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Support Meetings: If you wish to cancel or change the time of your Booking with us, you must give at least 72 hours notice prior to the start time of your appointment by contacting us via email. You will be charged in full if you do not provide 72 hours notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time, although this would be rare. If we have to re-arrange your booking, we will contact you either by phone or email.
